Who should we pick as our project lead (Rework Master)?
We strongly recommend nominating a single project lead on your side — we call this person your Rework Master. Ideally they:

· Are excited about new tech — they want to make Rework work, not resist change

During implementation, the Rework Master partners with our CS team to drive the project. After go-live, they become your internal expert — the person teammates ask when they have a Rework question. Without one, implementation still runs, but adoption is slower and decisions get bottlenecked.
